-to install temporary bracing under balcony on bourbon per drawing received 02/27/14.-bracing will be installed on 2/27/14 and will be removed no later than 03/05/14. Note: temporary bracing must be installed in a manner that does not damage the existing balconies, galleries, facades, sidewalks, etc., and does not obstruct the sidewalk. The attachment of temporary supports by welding, bolting, screwing, etc., to the balcony/gallery structure is not permitted. Type of support system must be reviewed, approved, and have permits issued by the department of safety and permits, department of public works, and any other agency with jurisdiction. The vcc defers all issues of safety, stability, & soundness of the bracing system to the dept. Of safety & permits, whose role is to guarantee those intended qualifications.

Erect temporary bracing for 2nd floor balcony or gallery, as per application, engineers letter, and drawings received on 1/31/13. Temporary bracing will be installed on 2/1/13 and will be removed no later than 2/13/13.
